Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect ite, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@silkenswan.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that falls outside our stated terms.
