At Silken Swan, every piece is created with care— and we want your experience with us to feel just as thoughtful. Because our products are intimate and delicate in nature, we have a strict but fair policy to keep everything clean, safe, and transparent.
All Sales are Final
Due to hygiene and the personal nature of our products ( including robes, lingerie, sleepwear, and accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please take a moment to carefully review your order before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, mistakes can happen— and if they do, we’ll make it right.
If you receive a product that is:
- Visibly damaged
- Incorrect (wrong color, size, or item)
Please email us at hello@silkenswan.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue, if approved, we will either:
- Send you replacement
- Offer a store credit
- Or, in rare cases, issue a full or partial refund
Conditions for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for any form of compensation:
- The product must be unused and in it’s original condition
- The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Photos and proof are required for assessment
- W do not accept claims beyond 5 days
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for :
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or fit (please refer to size guides before ordering)
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not recieved
- Sales or discounted items
Store Credit
In select cases, we may offer store credit instead of a direct replacement or refund. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchases.

We’re a small, emerging brand—and every item is packed with intention and love. If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to make it right within reason. All we ask in return is clear communication and kindness.
