Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Intimates, underwear, and sale items are final sale.
Gift sets must be returned in full.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless item is defective).
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. you’ll get. confirmation email as soon as it’s processed.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. if you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
What if My Item Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@silkenswan.com within 5 days of delivery. include your order number and clear photos of the issue—we’ll make it right as quickly and softly as possible.
