How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@silkenswan.com with your order number and reason for return 
  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. you’ll get. confirmation email as soon as it’s processed.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. if you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.

What if My Item Arrives Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@silkenswan.com within 5 days of delivery. include your order number and clear photos of the issue—we’ll make it right as quickly and softly as possible.
