We’re proudly based in Vancouver, Canada— nestled between rain-soaked city days and soft, quiet dreams.
What is Silken Swan all about?
Silken Swan is a softness ritual. We create silk and satin pieces designed for nervous system rest, emotional rituals, and becoming — for girls who just left something heavy behind.
Products & Materials
Are your products real silk?
We offer a mix of 100% pure mulberry silk and high -grade satin alternatives, depending on the item. Every product page Clearly lists the material used, so you always know what you’re getting
What sizes do your robes and sleepwear come in?
We currently offer sizes S, M, L, XL More inclusive sizing is in the works as we grow, if you’re unsure what size to choose, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help you find the best fit.
How should I wash my silk/satin items?
We recommend hand-washing your items in cold water with gentle detergent , and laying flat to dry. treat them like little heirlooms—they’ll Leo you back.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes— we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location. Visit our Shipping Info page for full details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping within Canada: 2-8 business days.
US orders: 4-10 business days.
International: 7-21 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@silkenswan.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll always make things right when we can.
Gifting, Promotions & extras
Can I send Silken swan as a gift?
Absolutely. Every order is packaged like a gift, and you’re welcome to add a gift message during checkout ( or email us after ordering).
If you’re sending a lead magnet or gift bundle, feel free to note that too.
