Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
We currently ship within Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully pack and process your order.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada:
2-8 business days
(Carriers: ChitChats, Canada Post, or local delivery partners)
United States:
4-10 business days
(Carriers: USPS via ChitChats)
International:
7-21 business days
(Carriers: Ascendia, Landmark, or local delivery services—varies by country)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days—don’t panic. It can take up to 48 hours for some carriers to scan packages into their system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays once the package is with the carrier
- Packages marked as delivered but not recieved
- Lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation
